Hello, nice to meet you, my name is Carmen and I live with my husband and our daughter at Lake Constance. I originally trained as a baker and confectioner, and after completing the FAGE and HF nursing training, I am now a certified nursing specialist HF.
In the spring of 2023 I completed my training as a cloth nappy advisor and then as a Nappy Change advisor. I look forward to supporting families in bringing more naturalness back into everyday family life.

When I was pregnant, I started looking into the issue of excreting a baby. I was put off by the advertisements for disposable nappies and wondered what to do with this huge mountain of waste. Looking for alternatives with cloth nappies and keeping them off I found what I was looking for. Cloth diapering is not just something you do, it opens your eyes to a more mindful approach to your child. I want to pass this on with a lot of enthusiasm.
Was ist deine Lieblingswindel?
Very difficult question, because there are so many great manufacturers. In the beginning, it took me a while to get used to wool overpants, but now I'm a big fan. In combination with muslin nappies you are flexible and have little laundry that dries quickly.

That cloth nappies are complicated and costly just like they were 50 years ago.
Wo ist bei dir Nachhaltigkeit sonst noch anzutreffen?
In the bathroom, I have already changed some of the products, such as natural soaps for body care, etc. Fresh products from the farm shop in the region.

Was interessiert dich abseits der Welt der Stoffwindeln?
I like baking bread and trying out new recipes. I like to be outside, preferably on my bike. This one has to be a bit patient at the moment. Because I am more on foot with my daughter.
