From an early age, I was active in environmental protection. With my friends, I went from door to door selling homemade goods for our environmental protection association.
I always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others. My nickname among my friends is also Vickypedia. I always have unnecessary or bizarre knowledge at hand.
Before the birth of my first son, I worked a lot, managed staff and also trained them. The compatibility with the family was no longer a given for me after the birth. When I intensively examined my abilities and interests in 2020, I decided to expand my experience as a mother by training as a cloth diaper consultant. The hardest part was finding a company name that suited me.
Before I had really completed the training, the first interested parents came. In St. Gallen and the surrounding area, there was no cloth diaper consultant yet, so the need was there.
With further training as a hello nappy and nappy change consultant in 2022, I also became part of the nappy-free scene, which opened up a whole new world for me.
The cooperation with the birth centre St. Gallen, which I have been supporting since 2021 and where my second child was born, offers me and the parents-to-be a good platform for workshops and information exchange.
My goal with my services is to bring even more parents-to-be and existing parents on the path of sustainable and natural baby care. Because my heart beats for cloth nappies!

After seven months of diapering with disposable nappies, I had started to intuitively offer the potty, and often successfully. The still huge mountain of rubbish from disposable nappies literally "stank" to me. So I tried cloth nappies and today, with child two, I am still overjoyed to be able to use cloth nappies.

Phew, a.....For me, it depends on the day and the situation. The strength of cloth nappies is that they are so versatile. I like the Milovia, the Windelzauberland Weeza and of course wool and stay-away nappies.

Sewing and gardening offer me a balance to everyday family life. For a few years now, I have been working a lot on educational and psychological topics. If I still had time, yoga and dancing would be incredibly important to me.

Depends on the child. But for most, a panty nappy and a wool slip works. With a stay-away child, however, a less absorbent backup will also work.
